Work Opportunities for Local Contractors

Liverpool Mutual Homes (LMH) is looking for local contractors to support the activity of the Homes Assistance Hub (HAH) in Cheshire West and Chester. 

The HAH, operated by LMH, is a new service dedicated to helping people to live independently in their homes.

HAH helps older and more vulnerable people with home repairs, adaptations and wellbeing services. Its mission is to enable people to be safe, secure and independent at home. With a highly qualified, experienced and knowledgeable team HAH’s goal is to deliver outstanding service and support to its clients on all aspects of home improvement work.

 

This is an exciting opportunity for small and medium-sized contractors to join LMH in providing a 4 year programme of works for:

 - Large Disabled Facilities Grant works (Adaptation work)

 - Decent Home Loans (Renovation work)

 - General renovation, adaptation and home improvement works
