An 8,600 sq ft office at a Warrington-based business park owned by Betfred co-founder Fred Done has been let to managed hosting and network services provider Claranet.
The office at 620 Birchwood Boulevard Business Park (pictured) within the heart of the Birchwood office scheme has been taken on a five-year lease.
Birchwood Boulevard is owned by Frankel Brow, a property company belonging to Done. It comprises 41 self-contained offices that have recently undergone a comprehensive refurbishment.
The joint agents at Birchwood Boulevard Business Park are BE Group and Knight Frank.
Simon Roddam of BE Group said: "Birchwood Boulevard Business Park has been firmly repositioned in the local office market following a speculative refurbishment of the entire scheme. The size mix of availability is geared towards occupier demand, and the recent spate of lettings is testament to the quality offer at the park.
"Claranet consolidated two offices as part of their move to Birchwood. This move incorporated an existing Warrington base and an office in Salford Quays.
"Birchwood Boulevard Business Park provided the ideal property solution in what has been a significant office letting for Birchwood."
