Landscape services business Hultons has completed its acquisition of Welsh firm Wright Landscapes.
The transaction, completed for an undisclosed sum, forms part of Warrington-based Hultons Landscapes’ strategy to unlock long-term growth.
Wright has a turnover of £2m and employs a team of 15 across sites in Wrexham and Alltami, catering for a customer base that includes local authorities, developers, contractors and architects.
Following the deal, Wright will continue to trade under its existing brand as part of the wider Hultons business.
Hultons MD Lee Webster said: "This has been a landmark year for Hultons and the acquisition is another milestone for us.
"We continue to achieve exceptional sales growth year on year and this has allowed us to secure further investment to strengthen our business."
He continued: "Expanding our capabilities as well as our regional presence gives us an excellent platform for growth as one of the leading providers of landscape services in the country."
Founded in 1968, Hultons employs 65 people at its office in Lymm and provides landscape construction, grounds maintenance and private domestic services.
The £7m-turnover firm plans to expand with a Midlands office in the coming months.
