The Warrington office, located on Risley's Trident Business Park, increases the number of full-time employees at the company to more than 100. United Carlton directors Matthew Wootten and Richard Slingsby will head up the new team for the North West.

United Carlton's managing director John Watson said the latest expansion is "another step forward" for the company.

Wootten added: "Our move to Warrington reinforces our commitment to the North West region and its business community. With existing clients in the area and further plans for expansion in 2015, we felt the time was right to open an office in the North West and Warrington was the obvious and first choice for us.

"We have every confidence that this office will be just as successful as our Gateshead and York offices which is why we have made a significant investment to be here."
