Stretton offloads industrial sites for £42m

CHESHIRE-based Stretton Property has sold its portfolio of nine mulit-let industrial estates in the North West to InfraRed Capital Partners for £42m. The portfolio was acquired on behalf of InfraRed Active Real Estate Fund III and totals around a million square feet let to more than 20 tenants. InfraRed said it would be pursuing an active management strategy, aiming to improve buildings and letting vacant space.
