London-based property and investment firm Filey Group has completed the speculative refurbishment of an office property in Crewe as part of a £1m development.
Located at the junction of High Street and Eddlestone Road in the town centre, the 20,154 sq ft mixed-use Breedon House scheme comprises 7,433 sq ft of ground-floor retail space and 12,721 sq ft of office accommodation on its two upper floors.
The announcement comes after London-based Filey Group acquired the scheme last summer from Agmore Properties.
Filey Group director Joel Rothbart said: "Breedon House always had good potential but required some investment to bring it up to a high standard.
"The scheme now provides businesses the opportunity to lease high quality accommodation at a competitive rate and with car parking."
He added: "As a location, Crewe is proving to be an extremely attractive investment proposition and we are actively considering further opportunities in the area where we can maximise the value of the asset."
Commercial property firm Legat Owen has been appointed as the sole agent for the scheme.
