Rail travel in the North is about to be transformed and we want you to be at the heart of it. This briefing is an opportunity to hear first-hand from Rail North, Arriva Rail North and First TransPennine Express and ask questions about the new Northern and TransPennine Express rail franchises starting in April.
Both franchises will deliver improved rail services, trains and passenger facilities, connecting cities and communities across the North and helping people and businesses unlock their economic potential.
