Pochin’s announces £27m construction pipeline

The Middlewich-based construction and property development company has secured a series of contract wins across the North West and Wales totaling £27m.
A total of seven contracts have been agreed with work due to begin shortly:
The projects are:
- 91,000 sq ft office for Moneypenny in Wrexham, £10m contract
- Reaseheath College in Cheshire, £3.5m
- 110,000 sq ft industrial unit for DB Symmetry and Legal & General at M6Epic, Wigan, £4.4m
- 21,000 sq ft Fiat and Citroen garage Swansway in Chester, £3m
- Two-storey laboratory for the Lighting Industry Association in Telford, £2m
- Office extension in Holmes Chapel for Sanofi, £2.5m
- Supported living facility for HB Villages in Sandbach, £1.6m
