Birchwood Park in Warrington has added Foster Cares to its tenant line-up.
The business has taken space at Birchwood Park’s Chadwick House having outgrown its previous base in Manchester city centre.
Ann Woods, team manager at Foster Cares, said: "The nature of our work means it is vital that we are able to get to a range of locations across the North West easily and efficiently. Birchwood Park’s central location in the region and proximity to the M62/M6 motorway interchange makes it a perfect fit for us as we continue to expand our services."
The agency provides foster carers that can meet the needs of children and young adults with specific placement requirements, including short term, long term, parent and child, respite, bridging and remand.
Martin O’Rourke, commercial director at Birchwood Park, added: "Foster Cares provides vital support to young people across the region, so when the agency was looking for a new office in the heart of the North West we were thrilled to help find a space to fit its needs.
"At Birchwood Park, we’ve invested a lot in the park’s connectivity and transport links, and it is encouraging to now see this proving a real draw for new occupiers."
