This development supports our expansion plans across the region and offers both our team, and our clients, a fantastic space to work and meet.
"City Place is in a superb location, with the railway station right on the doorstep. The whole area has a buzz about it and we're delighted to be moving in."
Phil Mayall, development director at Muse, said: "Excello Law is the third organisation to take space in the building in the last three months and with more lettings in the pipeline, One City Place is really starting to fill up. We look forward to welcoming the firm to Chester in the New Year and to making further lettings announcements about the scheme in the coming weeks."
