Chess Telecom buys IRW Systems

CHESHIRE-based telecoms consolidator Chess has bought Scottish Microsoft consultancy IRW Systems, in a move that will increase its annual turnover by £3m. The acquisition will add 50 software design specialists working in Glasgow and Edinburgh to Alderley Edge- based Chess’ current staff count of around 400.
