A Cheshire-based construction company has been appointed to work on two of DeTrafford Estates' latest North West developments.
The projects are the Sky Gardens in Castlefield – the next phase of the wider Chester Road masterplan – and Cavendish Place, a prestigious housing scheme in Bowdon.
Pochin Construction, which has worked with DeTrafford in the past, has secured contracts for the pair.
The Sky Gardens will comprise penthouses, triplexes, duplexes and loft apartments.
A distinguishing feature of the accommodation will be the suspended gallery bedrooms which allow double height ceilings. A signature communal roof garden, private gardens, terraces and a public square complete with café, restaurant and bar are also part of the plans.
The Cavendish Place project will involve the façades of two well-known buildings, Southbank House and Delamer Lodge, being sensitively restored into luxury living space.
Gary Jackson, director and founder of DeTrafford Estates, said: "We are delighted to have appointed Pochin's for both developments.
"The Sky Gardens marks an important new phase in our transformational Manchester Gardens scheme and Cavendish Place will create high quality, contemporary homes in a prime location, while preserving and restoring the character and heritage of these fine properties."
