Patrizia, asset manager of Warrington Council-owned Birchwood Park, has completed the letting of a 22,000 sq ft warehouse at Cavendish Avenue to oil and gas engineer BiSN.
BiSN specialises in sealing the wells created during oil and gas drilling, using metal-to-metal solutions.
Moving from two sites in Runcorn and Atherton, BiSN has taken the space at 713 Cavendish Avenue, a 22,000 sq ft warehouse which includes 2,000 sq ft of offices. The move gives BiSN Enterprise Zone status and means the business will be able to take advantage of the range of benefits available to occupiers within the Cheshire Science Corridor Enterprise Zone.
Emma Carter, UK operations manager at BiSN, said: "Our new UK headquarters provide the ideal setting for us to show clients our unique downhole technology.
"The strategic location and combination of office and manufacturing space will allow us to continue our ground-breaking alloy development, whilst also improving product availability and customer service for our clients operating across the Eastern Hemisphere.”
BiSN joins medical diagnostics company Werfen, and national flooring solutions provider, Bathgate Flooring, at Cavendish Avenue.
Martin O’Rourke, commercial director at Birchwood Park, said: "Cavendish Avenue was built in response to the growing demand from SMEs for bespoke space in the North West. The unique combination of office and warehouse space in a business park setting has generated strong interest, and we are extremely pleased to now have a full house.”
