Housebuilder Bellway has signed up to more than 9,000 sq ft of office space at a Warrington business park.
Bellway will move to Birchwood Park's Bridgewater Place, joining the likes of fellow tenants Rolls-Royce, Amec Foster Wheeler and Electricity North West.
The company has taken the final suite of 9,024 sq ft at Bridgewater Place, with all five buildings within the PATRIZIA-owned development now fully let.
Stuart Gray, divisional managing director at Bellway Homes, said Birchwood Park is the "ideal location" for the company's Manchester operation.
"Our new office has given the team a real boost," he added. "Everyone is thrilled to have moved to such a premium location and are already making use of the gym and Starbucks.
"We have built an enviable reputation for our high standard of service and build quality, and the quality of our new home at Birchwood Park reflects this."
Martin O'Rourke, commercial director at Birchwood Park, said: "After a comprehensive search across the local area, we are delighted that Bellway has chosen Bridgewater Place for its Manchester division.
"Birchwood Park is a great fit for Bellway and I'm confident that its new office will provide the business with an excellent base from which it will continue to flourish."
Birchwood Park is owned by a joint venture of PATRIZIA and Oaktree Capital Management, with JLL and BE Group advising PATRIZIA on the deal.
