Rugby-based Pentagon HS Ltd was bought from its shareholders Diane Bungay, Thomas Cahill, Tina Bilham, Mark Vose and Helen Wood.

As part of the deal, Assura has issued the former owners with 4.5 million ordinary shares of 10p each, worth approximately £450,000.

Admission of the shares occurred at 8am this morning (22 July 2015). They were valued at £2.5m based on the closing price on 20 July of 55.25 pence per share.
