Deeside-based Engineering Composites has secured a £550,000 funding facility to support its growth ambitions.
Engineering Composites, which was established by Andrew Downey in 1986, has received the facility from Manchester-based invoice finance specialist Positive Cashflow Finance.
The company providers composite materials to customers supplying industries such as construction, civil engineering, marine, rail and utilities.
Nicki Thelwall-Jones, director at Engineering Composites, who has taken over the day-to-day running of the business from Downey, said: "The funding facilities... will allow us to support both our customers' growth aspirations and our own."
David Gledhill from Bermans Solicitors advised Positive and Craig Scott from Hill Dickinson worked on behalf of Engineering Composites.
Steve Jarman of Taylors Solicitors introduced Positive to the business earlier this year.
