These new kids on the block have successfully differentiated themselves from the traditional marketing agencies via their unique business model, which not only promotes a collaborative work ethic but invests in long-term relationships with clients, not expensive, one-off project style completion.

The company are now proud members of the 5% Club, a government initiative that encourages workforces to increase their number of apprentices and graduates - an ethos already fostered by Umbrella.
